Maria Batkrombawa

Berkat Ambon volunteers visited Mrs. Maria Batkrombawa (75 years old), a widow living in Poka, Kampung Pisang. Better known as Mama Mia, she has been suffering from a lump that was diagnosed as lymph node tumor after undergoing a CT scan at the age of 71. According to the doctors, surgery is possible, but it carries significant risks, including potential damage to her breathing, optic nerves, and vocal cords. Mama Mia and her family decided not to undergo surgery and instead chose alternative treatment. According to her, the lump used to be larger, but with traditional medicine, it has gradually reduced in size.

Berkat Ambon visited, ministered to, and prayed with Mama Mia, believing that the Lord Jesus is able to heal. Mama Mia's current need is milk, as she can only consume strained porridge due to her condition. Berkat Ambon has stepped in to help provide for her nutritional needs by purchasing the milk she requires. Let us continue to lift up Mama Mia in prayer, trusting in God’s healing power.
